Are Filters Eligible for Return?
Yes. Filters may be eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging, and if an approved RMA is issued.
Filter cartridges, membranes, and replacement filters may be eligible for return only under very specific conditions. Because filters are consumable products, eligibility is limited to ensure safety and product integrity.
When Filters May Be Eligible for Return
A filter may be considered for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

The filter is unused and unopened

The filter has not been installed

The original packaging is sealed and intact

No factory seals have been broken

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued prior to return
If any of these conditions are not met, the filter is not eligible for return.
When Filters Are Not Eligible for Return
Filters are not eligible for return or exchange if:

The packaging has been opened

The filter has been installed or used

Protective seals have been broken

The filter shows signs of handling, contamination, or damage

The return request is outside the allowed return window
Once a filter has been opened or installed, the sale is considered final.
Fees and Final Approval

Approved filter returns may be subject to a restocking fee, where applicable

Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable

All returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Crystal Quest
Damaged or Defective Filters
If a filter arrives damaged or defective:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Do not install or discard the filter until instructed
If verified, Crystal Quest will review appropriate resolution options.
How to Request a Filter Return
