Can I Change or Cancel an Order After Placing It?
In most cases, order changes or cancellations are possible depending on fulfillment status, Crystal Quest will always do its best to accommodate reasonable/realistic requests.
Crystal Quest understands that plans can change after an order is placed. In most cases, we are able to accommodate order changes or cancellations, depending on the order’s fulfillment status and the type of product or system involved.
Our team will always review each request individually and make great effort in reasonable situations to best assist whenever circumstances allow.
When Changes or Cancellations Are Most Possible
Order changes or cancellations are often possible when:

The order has not yet shipped

The order is early in the fulfillment process

Components have not been custom-built or allocated

The request can be reasonably handled from our end
The sooner we receive your request, the more flexibility we usually have.
Shipped Orders
If an order has already shipped, options may still be available depending on:

Carrier limitations
In some cases, we may still be able to assist if it is possible to do so. However, once an order is in transit or delivered, our ability to make changes may be severely limited by factors outside of our control.
Custom Systems & Large Projects
Custom systems, whole house filtration systems, and large or specially configured projects require additional planning, materials, and labor. Because of this:

Modifications may be limited depending on the stage of production and the type of modifications requested

Significant changes or cancellations may not always be feasible

In some circumstances, a cancellation or modification fee may apply
These fees help cover materials, labor, and resources already committed to the project. We always strive to handle these situations fairly and transparently, and truly do our best to work with each individual customer/situation at hand with our best faith efforts.
