Can I View Past Orders in My Account?

Yes. If you have a Crystal Quest account, you can view past orders placed while logged into that account.

If you created a Crystal Quest account and placed orders while logged in, you can view your order history directly from your account dashboard. This allows you to easily reference past purchases, order details, and shipment information.


Viewing Past Orders in Your Account

To view your past orders:

  1. Log in to your Crystal Quest account

  2. Navigate to your account dashboard

  3. Select Order History or Orders

You’ll be able to see details for eligible past orders, including order numbers, dates, and status.

Important Note About Order History

Only orders that were:

  • Placed while logged into your account, or

  • Associated with the same email address used for your account

will appear in your order history.

What If I Checked Out as a Guest?

If you placed an order using guest checkout:

  • The order will not automatically appear in an account

  • You will still receive order confirmations and tracking emails

  • You may create an account later using the same email address, but past guest orders may not retroactively populate

Missing or Incomplete Order History

If an order is missing from your account:

  • Confirm you are logged into the correct email address

  • Check your email for the original order confirmation

  • Contact Crystal Quest Support with your order details
