Does the Warranty Cover Filter Cartridges?

Filter cartridges are not covered under the warranty because they are consumable components designed to be replaced regularly.

Crystal Quest warranties apply to water filtration systems, not consumable components.


Why Filters and Cartridges Are Excluded

Filters, cartridges, membranes, and UV bulbs are considered consumable items. Their lifespan depends on factors such as:

  • Water quality and contaminant levels

  • Usage volume

  • Maintenance and replacement intervals

Because these components are designed to be replaced regularly, they are excluded from warranty coverage.


What Is Covered Under Warranty

The One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to eligible Crystal Quest systems and covers:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship

Coverage applies only when the system is properly installed and used as intended.


Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival

If a filter or cartridge arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact Crystal Quest Support immediately upon delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue

  • Do not install or use the item until instructed

In verified cases, Crystal Quest will review appropriate resolution options.
