How Do I Track My Shipment?

Once an order ships, tracking information is automatically provided so you can monitor delivery status in real time.

After your Crystal Quest order ships, you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow your shipment from our facility to its destination. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method used.


Where to Find Your Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided and can typically be found in one or more of the following places:

  • Your shipping confirmation email

  • Automated emails sent at each stage of fulfillment (order placed, order packaged, order shipped, order delivered)

  • The carrier’s tracking link included in those emails

  • Your Crystal Quest account order history (if applicable)

  • The Shop App, if used during checkout

  • Information provided by our team if the order was placed by phone or email

If you do not see an email, please check your spam or junk folder.


When Tracking Information Becomes Available

Tracking information is created after an order is placed and will update as the order moves through fulfillment and shipping.

  • Order status updates are visible shortly after the order is placed

  • Tracking activity typically appears once a shipping label is created and the carrier has picked up the order

  • Processing times vary by product and system type

  • Custom or large systems may require additional handling time

  • Tracking numbers may take a short time to activate after shipment

If a tracking number has been issued but shows limited or no movement, this is usually normal during the carrier’s initial pickup stage.

 


Freight Shipments and Large Systems

For large systems or freight shipments:

  • Tracking may be provided directly through the freight carrier or a Crystal Quest representative

  • Delivery appointments may be required

  • Additional communication may occur prior to delivery

Our team will provide specific instructions when freight delivery is involved.


What If I Can’t Find My Tracking Information?

If you’re unable to locate your tracking details:

  • Confirm that your order has shipped

  • Check your email inbox and spam folder

  • Contact Crystal Quest support with your order number

Our team can resend tracking information if needed.


Delivery Issues or Delays

If you notice delays, delivery exceptions, or unexpected status updates:

  • Monitor the carrier’s tracking page

  • Allow additional time for weather or carrier-related delays

  • Contact Crystal Quest support if the issue persists
