How Do I Update My Account Information?

You can update your account information by logging into your Crystal Quest account and editing your profile details.

If you have a Crystal Quest account, you can update your personal information directly through your account dashboard. This includes contact details, shipping addresses, and login information.

Keeping your account up to date helps ensure accurate order processing and communication.


How to Update Your Account Information

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Visit CrystalQuest.com

  • Click Log In / Account

  • Enter your email address and password


Step 2: Access Account Settings

Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard, where you can view and manage your account details.


Step 3: Update Your Information

Depending on availability, you may be able to update:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Shipping and billing addresses

  • Saved contact information

Be sure to save your changes before exiting.

Updating Order Information

If you need to update information for an existing order:

  • Contact Crystal Quest Support as soon as possible

  • Order changes may be limited depending on fulfillment status

Account updates do not automatically change details for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Forgot Your Login Information?

If you’re unable to log in:

  • Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page

  • Follow the instructions sent to your email

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your account, contact Crystal Quest Support for assistance.


Don’t Have an Account?

An account is not required to place an order. If you checked out as a guest:

  • You will still receive order confirmations and tracking by email

  • Account updates are not applicable

You may create an account at any time using the same email address used for your order.
