How Long Is the Crystal Quest Warranty Period?

Crystal Quest provides a One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on most Crystal Quest water filtration systems.

• The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase

• Coverage applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• The warranty applies only when the product is properly installed and used as intended

Important Exclusions

• Filter cartridges, membranes, and UV bulbs are consumable items and are not covered

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or operating conditions outside specifications is not covered

• Professional installation may be required for warranty eligibility on many systems

What Happens After the Warranty Ends?

Once the one-year warranty period expires, repairs, replacements, and service are no longer covered under warranty. Support and replacement parts will still be available for purchase.
