Most Crystal Quest water filtration systems are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
Crystal Quest provides a One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on most Crystal Quest water filtration systems.

The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase

Coverage applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

The warranty applies only when the product is properly installed and used as intended
Important Exclusions

Filter cartridges, membranes, and UV bulbs are consumable items and are not covered

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or operating conditions outside specifications is not covered

Professional installation may be required for warranty eligibility on many systems
What Happens After the Warranty Ends?
Once the one-year warranty period expires, repairs, replacements, and service are no longer covered under warranty. Support and replacement parts will still be available for purchase.
