What If I Forgot My Account Login?
You can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.
If you forgot your account login information, you can easily reset your password using the email address associated with your account.
How to Reset Your Password

Go to the Account Login page on the Crystal Quest website

Click “Forgot your password?”

Enter the email address used when the account was created

Check your email for a password reset link

Follow the instructions to create a new password
Once completed, you’ll be able to log in with your updated credentials.
Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?
If you don’t see the reset email:

Check your spam or junk folder

Make sure you entered the correct email address

Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive

If you’re unsure which email is linked to your account:

Try any email addresses you may have used previously, or

Contact support for assistance verifying your account
Placed Orders as a Guest?
If you checked out as a guest:

You may not have an account associated with that order

Guest orders can still be supported using your order number and email

Creating an account is optional and can be done at any time
