Crystal Quest orders are typically shipped as one complete delivery, even if the order includes multiple components or is packaged in more than one box. For larger systems, items may be boxed, crated, or palletized together to arrive at the same time.

How Crystal Quest Ships Orders

Even when an order contains multiple components:

Items are packaged together whenever possible
Larger systems are often crated or palletized as a single shipment
The full order is delivered together, not in staggered deliveries

You should not expect to receive parts of your order on different days unless the order was placed separately or explicitly arranged otherwise.

When Packaging May Include Multiple Boxes

Some orders may include multiple boxes within a single shipment due to:

System size or weight
Multiple components (filters, housings, tanks, accessories)
Protective packaging requirements

In these cases, all boxes are still shipped together as one delivery.

Exceptions

Separate deliveries generally occur only if:

Items were placed as separate orders
A split shipment was specifically requested or approved
An exception was clearly communicated in advance

If none of these apply, your order will arrive as a complete shipment.

Freight, Crates, and Palletized Shipments
